We spend time helping goalees understand their equipment and often allow them to borrow OBO equipment - Basic kicking - the technique
This is where we introduce the kicking skill and develop the technique using small soft balls and not in major equipment The Goalee Stance
This is where we introduce the stance that a goalee will use to begin most core saves- Kicking Principles
We highlight the key principles to be successful with most types of kicks - Decision making - do I or don't I?
Probably the core of all that is goaleeing and here we work on some key triggers to help us - Kick it out the ground!
Where you learn to kick effectively and safely off the turf and in the air - How to get up!
