Hockey Schools
Our speciality at Futures Sports is providing fun and challenging hockey schools for children aged 10-16. The residential summer hockey school runs throughout the summer, with each of the hockey schools lasting a week. We pride ourselves in offering an enjoyable and informative environment at our hockey schools for boys and girls of all abilities. So, whether your child wants to attend our hockey schools to improve their game, or simply to make new friends while learning a new sport, our summer hockey school is a perfect holiday activity.
Summer Hockey School Staff
The staff at our hockey schools are all fully trained, have the appropriate coaching, first-aid and welfare qualifications and are CRB checked. Although the week long summer hockey school can look a bit demanding, the ultimate aim of our experienced staff is to ensure the hockey school is as much fun as possible.
Internationally Renowned Summer Hockey School
Futures Sports has been providing hockey schools for nearly 20 years and is now one of the most trusted and well respected summer hockey school providers in the UK. In the past we have teamed up with the England Hockey Board and the FIH for numerous hockey school initiatives. In 2005, for example, 160 summer hockey school participants earned their ‘Young Umpire Award’ as part of the ‘Year of the Umpire’ programme.
As well as being renowned for quality in the UK, our summer hockey school also has an international reputation as the premier provider of enjoyable and high quality hockey schools. We regularly welcome students from as far afield as France, Germany, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Thailand, Hong Kong and Canada.
As well as running hockey schools, we also provide hockey coaching courses.
