Futures Sports are proud to support England Hockey through our membership of The 1908 Club. Olympic Test Event
The next round of major international matches will be held at the 'Riverside' Olympic Hockey Venue from 2 - 6 May. Some of the best hockey teams in the world have already booked their place at the Visa International Invitational Hockey Tournament. We suggest you keep your eyes on the England Hockey website for ticket information as we expect the tickets to sell like the proverbial 'hot cakes'. If you are lucky enough to get a ticket, take a photo of yourself wearing your Futures T-shirt and email it in to us. We will pop your photo on our website and all those published will get a special Futures Sports goody bag.
Summer Sport Camps from Futures Sports
As everyone knows it's not long now to London 2012 and we hope that you were successful in getting tickets for the greatest show on Earth. For those of you who are coming during the Olympic weeks, we will be showing all matches live on our big screen.
Futures Sports have been running residential summer sport camps and courses for over 20 years. During this time we have built up an outstanding reputation for providing a safe, entertaining and challenging environment for children and young adults. As well as learning new sports and developing techniques and skills, our sport camps allow young people to express themselves, learn new skills and make valuable, long-lasting friendships.
Field Hockey Camps with International Renown
Over the years, we have developed strong relationships with the hockey National Governing Bodies the EHF and FIH. In the past, our field hockey camps have incorporated many FIH initiatives including the FIH Year of the Youth and the FIH Year of the Umpire.
We pride ourselves on only using the most talented and dedicated coaches for our field hockey camps. The ultimate aim is to provide our students with a fun, entertaining learning environment in which they can excel. This approach has led to many field hockey camp students progressing to become international standard players, something we are very proud of.
Our enviable international reputation also attracts students from around the world. As well as from across Europe, our field hockey camps have played host to students from as far afield as America and the Far East.
Hockey Goalkeeper Camps for Children and Adults
We run our hockey goalkeeper summer camps in association with brand leaders Spartan. As well as ensuring we use the safest equipment and training methods possible, these associations also add a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to our hockey goalkeeper camps and clinics.
The hockey goalkeeper camp is a week-long camp designed to teach children a wide range of hockey goalkeeper skills and techniques. We also run two hockey goalkeeper clinics aimed at adults (min. age 16).
Hockey Coaching – Gain your EHB Level 1 Hockey Coaching Assistant Award with us
The EHB Level 1 hockey coaching courses are perfect if you are interested in taking the first step towards becoming a fully qualified hockey coach. The EHB Level 1 VRQ Hockey Coaching Assistant Award is available to all students aged 17 and over, who will be in the hands of our expert hockey coaching tutors.

09/06/11: I would like to say how much my daughter Emily enjoyed the recent High Performance camp held at Bisham Abbey. She enjoyed it on all fronts, the hockey and coaching were great and she obviously had a very positive social experience too.
